Attorney for Sale of a Multi-Family Bldg?

I have a real estate attorney, but he recently joined one of the midtown mega firms and both prices and service have gone in an unfavorable direction. So, I'm looking for a recommendation for an attorney that handles only real estate and has handled MANY multi-family closings. I'm not so interested in an attorney who deals almost exclusively with coop and condo closings and residential loans as these have issues that are typically quite different than multi-family closings (for instance legality of rents, content of leases, disputes over violations etc.) so I don't want someone who deals with these issues only twice a year. I do need someone who does these often and has a good support staff and reasonable fees. Thanks for your help.

      that was two years ago...and I have personally worked with Tracy on 2 deals and have nothing bad to say about her. nor does my husband, who is also a lawyer.

      Thanks. However, these seem to be more coop and condo attorneys than multi-family. As mentioned in my original question, there are some major differences.
