Who to call for a custom built loft?

My wife and I recently moved in to an apartment and we are interested in getting a loft built for our bedroom. Our bedroom measures 76" wide, 102 3/4" long and 123 1/2" tall. We are specifically interested in building a spanning bed to fit a queen bed.
I emailed Sticks For Stones this past month and they sent me back a price quote. When I emailed them back to say I'd like to have it built the email keeps bouncing back and when I call there is never an answer or voicemail returned.
Any recommendations out there?
