Looking for an inspector around Cobble Hill

I am about to close on a 1-bedroom in Cobble Hill and would like recommendations for someone to do an inspection on the unit, thanks!

    We used John from Precise as well,  he was very dilligent - the seller's/buyer's agents said it was the most thorough inspection they've witnessed. He includes photos with arrows pointing at problems in the report, which is extremely helpful, especially if it's a long, detailed report (I hear other inspectors don't use photos) - it could get confusing with just text (ours was 45 pages long or so).

    I wanted to add another recommendation for John Gromkoski to this thread. He completed an inspection for us last week and we couldn't have been more impressed. He spent more than two hours on the property, a condo, and promptly submitted a detailed 31 page report with photographs.
    By comparison, the engineer we used to inspect our previous home, a townhouse, was only with us for an hour.
    In addition to his thoroughness and obvious technical expertise, John was extremely pleasant and personable. I highly recommend him.
