Where can I go for custom wood moulding companies?

10:45 AM 02/04/2013

A small fire in my vestibule seriously damaged a section of wainscotting.  The damaged section, which includes an egg/dart design, needed to be rebuilt.
My contractor got most of the work rebuilt by Aristic Moulding Designs.  They were supposed to rebuild all of the work, but they got the egg/dart pattern wrong and, 3 months later (despite numerous calls), they still haven't resolved the issue.
Any suggestions for other custom wood moulding companies that could replicate an egg/dart design?
Thx!

I think www.decoratorssupply.com has the largest selection.

We use Spiegel Architectural Woodwork:  http://www.sawmoulding.com/.  They've been around forever, so they have tons of profiles and are very reasonable.

Yes, SAW is good, but you only need a few feet, the set up charges, limmitted run, and shipping may not worth it.   I did a double take before recommending Artistic Wood Crafts, Omar and Belda, Artwoodcrafts@gmail.com.
The Other folks with the similar name are in Maspeth, Omar and Belda do old world craftsmanshjip in the Brooklyn Navy Yard near me, and I have the pleasure of seeing wonderful hand carving, turning, and custom doors in there shop all the time.
