We have a hot water heater and would like to install hydronic radiant heat topped by porcelin tiles. 400 sq ft area of basement with level concrete floor. Any recommedations?
It is not code compliant to connect radiant heat to a hot water heater. It has to be a boiler with an "H" stamp on it's ratings plate. Which do you have?
Provided that your boiler has the capacity to handle the additional load, it is a fairly straightfoward job. for a free consultation contact me via my info on my profile
