recs for hydronic radiant heat install

We have a hot water heater and would like to install hydronic radiant heat topped by porcelin tiles.  400 sq ft area of basement with level concrete floor.  Any recommedations?

    It is not code compliant to connect radiant heat to a hot water heater. It has to be a boiler with an "H" stamp on it's ratings plate. Which do you have?

    what product are you using to do this? Did you dig out the bathroom floor and lay a new slab with the heating embedded in this?
