Architect/Designer for Small Job

7:41 AM 02/25/2012

We have a third floor that I need some help thinking through. There are two finished rooms and an unfinished one. I'd like to carve out an office in the raw space and add a powder room. I have a few contractors so I don't really need help in that area.
Its a modest job, but could lead to other future work..
Thoughts appreciated.

    • I met with Ula about her ideas for bringing architectural service to small jobs - and bathrooms in particular my specialty. Sorry, I did not speak up for her sooner. She really has a handle on the problem. How can a client with a limited budget expect the full attention of many skilled trades and professionals, when the work site is so small? Most architects are typically only focused on new buildings or major renovations, but not Ula. Midwoodmom should really call her.

Hard to answer without seeing a picture or knowing the size. If you have pictures of this space or rough sketch of the floor you can sent them to generative.arch@gmail.com I might be able to help. I am an architect by the way.
