Hi,
My wife, daughter, and I are in need of a good broker to help us navigate the Clinton Hill / Bed-Stuy rental market.  We've lived in the neighborhood for four years but now unexpectedly have to move, and would like to stay in the neighborhood.  We've spent the last few days trying to navigate the Craigslist, etc. posts, but not surprisingly, many are crap and misleading.  There appears to be a shortage of quality, professional brokers in this neighborhood, or we just don't know who they are!  Please help us with any recommendations you may have.
