Home Equity Loan

We are trying to find a great home equity loan. Anyone done one in the last year? Anyone get more than 80%? Seems like the interest only is a great option for the time being. Anyone do that path?
Please pass on what bank or broker you used. Having a hard time finding anything really competative that will fit our needs.

    From what i gather TD bank ( http://www.tdbank.com/personal... has the best offers on the market right now (.5% below prime) and no closing costs. My mortgage broker simply told me: "go with TD, nothing i can offer comes even close to what they offer."
