We need an architect who has solid experience with landmarked buildings. The property is in Crown Heights.

It really depends on what you are looking to get done, like exterior work, interior or new additions. There are many landmarks architects recommended here in the forum.

We've done a whole lot of work with landmarks, from minor alterations to additions, and even a new house on a vacant lot. Not to brag too much, but we've even been called in to help get a job approved when another architect could not. We'd be happy to speak with you about the process and the possibilities.
