Complicated sheet metal job

We bought a GE island range hood for our loft and would like to have someone make a custom cover for the flue.  GE only provides sections, and I'm hoping to have a single piece that is about seven feet high.  However, it is not a square but has a significant radius to all four sides.  Our GC has struck out finding someone who can handle the precise radius we need for it to fit into the hood.  Does anyone know of a sheet metal fabricator who can do this?  The image shows a CAD drawing.  Thanks!

    I don't have the number but try Carts in Red Hook.  They make the hotdog carts & gave me a great price on an entire custom oven hood.
