Stone fabricator?

We found a beautiful slab for our new kitchen and are looking for a fabricator to parse and install. I have a long list of neighborhood fabricators in Brooklyn and Queens, but the stone provider won't specifically offer a recommendation of one over another. Does anyone have a fabricator they've used that they'd recommend?  We've seen a few recommendations for Stone Decor, Acme and Foro Marble, but we'd love other suggestions (or supportive recommendations for these fabricators.  Thanks!

    Do Not use Foro!!  I had a really bad experience with them that just went on and on..

    I also had a horrible experience with Foro.  Please do not use them!!

    we used SMC stone....but they supplied the stone....I've never heard of someone selling stone that didnt do the fabrication.....
