Stinky radiator smell

Lately, my steam radiator emits a stinky, burning-like smell in the early morning when the pre-set thermostat temperature rises. The furnace is about 10 years old and I had Werber do a maintenance check-up in the fall. I've already dumped out buckets of dirty old water. Any idea what causes this?
