Large Outdoor Video Surveillance System

I'm a partner in a 100 unit garden apartment complex  (not in BK but topic may be relevant for others). We want to install a video surveillance system to deal with several issues. Most of the cameras will be outdoors. Not surprisingly we want a system that is effective, highly reliable, vandal-resistant, night and day and can record several days of footage for perhaps 16 cameras and will handle typical NE extremes in temperature.Finally, we would like to be able to access footage online. We would like to consult with someone highly experienced in designing and installing systems such as this to find out what system components will serve us best and possibly have the individual do the install if willing to travel about 60 miles from NYC. Thanks.

    Just try to avoid wirless surveillance systems, especially Wi-Fi cameras, they can be easily jammed with a Wi-Fi signal blocker. http://www.jammer-store.com/wb...
