Recommendations for property management - 2-4 unit brownstones

Anyone had any good experience w/ property management companies? I am currently looking at a couple now, including Brownstone Management but the reviews have been mixed. The property are brownstones with 2-4 units in each.

    This company manages a few small properties of mine: www.turfcompany.net They are a small operation and I only deal with one mananger, reasonable rates and very helpful. Good luck!
