New DOB examiner?

Hi All -
I am wondering if anyone has ever formally requested a new DOB examiner. We had quite the time this Fall with ours, and so, fearful of what the examiner might throw at us come C of O time, i was thinking this might not be such a bad idea. But of course would love to hear thoughts from this community!

    This is not advisable.  You will be subject to having the entire project re-examined, which could cause you more grief and hardship than just sticking it out with your current examiner.

      What if we were to wait until we pulled a permit and then requested a change? would we still be subject to re-examination?

      I believe so, yes. Otherwise, this practice would be done all of the time.

    I probably know which examiner you are talking about.  Anyhow, the examiners don't have anything to do with the C of O inspection.
