Need recommendation for renovation of house in Ditmas Park

108 year old Victorian in landmarked area.  Need to repair some of the the wood clapboard, repair soffits, and re-paint the entire house.  Also have some interior work, including refinishing floors, lead paint remediation (this may be a specialty requiring a separate person), possibly painting of interior.
Any references greatly appreciated.
