Architect for roof tear off

Can anyone recommend an architect to draw and file plans for the following roof work on a landmarked building?  Guidance on estimated architect costs is appreciated too. 
- roof tear off, fixing of joists and insulation 
- replacement of chicken-wire skylight with a working skylight
- replacement of roof hatch
