Looking for a General Contractor Recco

11:51 AM 01/25/2013

Hello,
We recently got into a contract on a brownstone and we're renovating and converting it to a 4 fam on a 203k.  It's going to largely be a gut, all new systems, new partitions, etc.  I had a contractor lined up but he seems to be balking because the ground floor used to be a funeral parlor.  Seems he's very superstitious.
Do you have anyone that you've used for a renno that you'd recommend?  As always, I'm looking for cheap and fast with a reasonable quality.
Thank you.

Tri-state gave Superior service, was very good with communicating, fair in cost and super detailed. Gut Reno of our brownstone including the re-wiring. Super honest and personable team. Contact Sean. 347-362-6266.

We found Sean through a community list serve. Not brownstoner. The company is licensed and Insured so they are legit, and they do good work.
